Keishmer Studio works async-first and in writing with companies in the United States and Colombia: a written scope, weekly reviews, full Eastern Time overlap, English contracts, USD payments and every account, domain and repository in your name. We reply within 24 hours.

A written process
- Diagnostic first when the scope isn't clear ($750, credited if you continue)
- Scope, milestones and acceptance criteria in a document you approve
- Weekly review with what was done, what's next and what we need from you
- Written handoff at the end of every project
Response times
- We reply within 24 hours on business days
- Meetings with an agenda and a written summary
- Requests in a monthly plan are queued and worked one at a time
You own everything
- Domain, hosting, repository, Shopify and analytics accounts in your name from day one
- Source files, fonts and documentation delivered with each milestone
- Intellectual property transfers when each invoice is paid
Payments and terms
- USD invoices for companies outside Colombia; COP for companies in Colombia
- Monthly plans: 3-month terms, billed monthly in advance, renewed every 3 months; cancel with 15 days' notice
- Projects: 50% to start, 50% at delivery (larger projects by milestone)
- Payment by card or international transfer
Time zone and language
- Cúcuta, Colombia (UTC−5): full overlap with US Eastern Time from November to March, one hour behind from March to November
- Written communication in English; calls in English with a written summary
- Spanish-speaking teams: everything in Spanish
